The retail agency that measures what your media delivers in-store

Drive-to-store, ROPO, omnichannel: we finally connect the euro spent online to the euro rung up at the register.

Half your revenue happens in-store, yet your media is judged on e-commerce alone. The result: you cut campaigns that fill your stores and over-invest in online carts you'd have won anyway. Junto breaks down that wall. Through data.junto.fr, our proprietary platform, we measure each channel's true incrementality on physical sell-out: geo-tests by catchment area, MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling) that reconciles online and offline, LTV cohorts that follow the customer from click to register, and a Benchmark against 350+ brands to put your performance in context. You're no longer flying blind on attributed online revenue: you're steering on total revenue, stores included.

Our method

Our method for turning your media into measurable store traffic, in six steps.

1. Map your catchment areas and online/offline mix

We start from your reality: how many stores, which areas, what share of revenue happens at the register versus online. We model the ROPO journey (Research Online, Purchase Offline) for each store format and pinpoint where media has a real effect on foot traffic, not just on e-commerce.

2. Plug data.junto.fr into your in-store sales data

Our platform ingests your sell-out, foot-traffic, and CRM data by store, alongside your media feeds (Google, Meta, retail data). That connection is what makes offline measurable: without register data, drive-to-store incrementality remains a hypothesis.

3. Run geo-tests to isolate offline incrementality

We split the territory into test and control zones, turn media on in some, switch it off in others, and read the gap in in-store sales. It's the only honest way to answer the question that matters: is this budget actually filling your stores, or paying for traffic you'd have won anyway?

4. Build the MMM that reconciles online and in-store

Marketing Mix Modeling aggregates all of your channels and separates their contribution to physical sell-out from their contribution to e-commerce. You get a unified view of total revenue per euro invested, where most retail brands are navigating with two dashboards that don't talk to each other.

5. Activate drive-to-store and local at network scale

Local pages, Google Business Profile listings for every store, geo-targeted SEO and paid search, retail media: we deploy the channels that bring customers to their nearest store. For Grand Litier, this work took them from 72 to 514 keywords ranking #1 in 9 months, across 100 stores.

6. Steer on total revenue and reallocate continuously

Every month, we shift budget toward what drives incremental sell-out, online and offline alike, and cut what merely cannibalizes. The data.junto.fr Benchmark against 350+ brands puts your CPA, ROAS, and in-store conversion rates in context against your market.

Frequently asked questions about retail, omnichannel, and drive-to-store measurement.

# 01

How do you measure media's real impact on in-store sales (ROPO)?

Through geo-tests and MMM, not approximation. We turn media on in test zones and off in comparable control zones, then read the gap in register sales through data.junto.fr, plugged into your sell-out data. MMM then aggregates every channel to quantify its contribution to store revenue. You get a defensible offline incrementality number, not a "we think it helped in-store."

# 02

What is drive-to-store, and why is my current agency measuring it wrong?

Drive-to-store is media that brings a customer into a physical store. Most agencies measure it poorly because they judge campaigns on e-commerce conversions, which ignores half your revenue. The result: they cut campaigns that fill your stores. Junto measures foot traffic and sell-out by zone, so we optimize on real store traffic, not an online proxy.

# 03

What does data.junto.fr actually do for a retail or omnichannel brand?

A unified online + in-store view your media tools don't give you. The platform reconciles your media feeds, register data, and CRM by store, runs the geo-tests, computes the MMM, tracks LTV cohorts from click to physical purchase, and benchmarks you against 350+ brands. That's our differentiator: we don't steer on attributed online revenue, we steer on total revenue.

# 04

We have a store network: how do you activate local at scale?

Local pages for every store, optimized Google Business Profile listings, geo-targeted SEO and paid search for each catchment area. For Coiff&Co, this program generated 13,000 local visitors through 720 local pages. For Grand Litier: 100 stores, 100 Google Business listings, and a jump from 72 to 514 keywords ranking #1 in 9 months. Local rolls out at scale, store by store, and gets measured zone by zone.

# 05

Is retail media (Amazon, retailers) within your scope?

Yes. Retail media is a key channel in CPG and mass retail, and we fold it into the mix with the same measurement discipline: contribution to sell-out, not vanity metrics. data.junto.fr ingests retail data right alongside Google and Meta, so retail media is arbitrated on its true incrementality against the other channels, not isolated in its own silo.

# 06

What results can a retail brand expect, and how fast?

It depends on your data maturity and your network, but the orders of magnitude are real: Franprix saw its sales volume through Meta and Google Ads grow +700%, with Facebook CPA cut by more than 3x. Grand Litier multiplied its #1 keyword rankings by 7 in 9 months. Local drive-to-store produces signals within a few months; MMM and geo-tests need a full data cycle to deliver a reliable incrementality verdict.
